Risotto

So, yes. Happy end of 2013.

I think a chill evening in, hanging with David, puttering and cooking up this risotto* recipe is in order.

David’s helping, of course. He has turned a corner as far as trying new combinations of foods that a) he likes, b) helped prepare and c) heavily feature cheese.
